Administrative Assistant at Bea Connected

SUMMARY 

We are looking for a detail-oriented person to assist our growing agency!

As an Administrative Assistant, you are primarily responsible for:

1. The final proofing of client posts before they are scheduled. 
2. Assisting the Social Media team with their daily tasks.
3. Taking detailed meeting notes.

We communicate through Slack, manage tasks and projects through Asana, and organize files in Google Workspace. 

This is a part-time employee position*, with a remote team.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

> Scheduling social media posts for 20+ clients.
> Engaging with others on social media on behalf of clients.
> Drafting replies to messages and comments.
> Staying on top of key trends in social media.
> Content curation occasionally.
> Pulling Analytics Reports.
> Taking Meeting Notes.
> Other duties as assigned.

> Problem solver, always eager to learn and look ahead to next steps
> Proactive, adaptable and flexible
> Ability to multitask and meet deadlines under pressure

EXPERIENCE WE'RE LOOKING FOR

> Working knowledge of Google Sheets, Asana, Slack, Facebook Insights, Instagram Insights, Twitter Analytics, LinkedIn Analytics, or the ability to learn these platforms.
> At least one year of project and task management experience 
> Prior experience working remotely a plus
> Previous agency internship or experience a plus
